Does your dog have a lot of energy?

Are you always looking for ways to give your dog more exercise or
stimulation each day? If so, you're not alone and sometimes a daily walk
doesn’t even come close to tiring them out.

Here are a few fun ideas to try.

1- A flirt pole

If you want to really tire out your dog quickly a flirt pole is the
way to go. A flirt pole is a long pole with a lure attached by rope to the end.
As you move the pole around the lure moves, enticing your dog to chase.
Flirt poles provide great physical exercise, and they’re quite mentally
stimulating.

2-Tug of War

A game of tug can be physically demanding for your dog. It's
fun, it’s great physical exercise, and it’s a good way for dogs to practice
good manners while playing. It’s a give and take type of play.

3- Chasing bubbles

One of the easiest ways to tire out your dog is to teach
them to chase bubbles. The jumping and bouncing is an amazing way to
get your dog running around, plus it’s fun for us too.

4- Mental exercise

Mental exercise is just as important as physical exercise. Finding that balance will really improve your relationship with your dog. Find some fun
food puzzles, snuffle mats, lick mats and Kong type toys.

5- Training

Going through the basic skills while adding some fun tricks. 15
to 20 min. Allows you and your dog to work together to create a state of
calm and relaxation. Follow this up with a lick mat and your pup will be
ready for a nap!
